Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrive Cairo

Arrive in Cairo. Met by GlobeKey Travel’s tour manager (visa included). Transfer to Mena House Hotel with pyramid views. Evening: Sound & Light Show at the Pyramids.

Day 2 – Giza: Pyramids, Sphinx, Camel Ride & Welcome Dinner

Giza Plateau — Pyramid of Mycerinus, Chefren & the Great Pyramid. Pyramid interior visit. Camel ride. Great Sphinx. Lunch at local restaurant. Welcome dinner.

Day 3 – Fly to Luxor + Board Nile Cruise

Fly to Luxor (domestic flight included). Karnak Temple — Great Hypostyle Hall. Board Sanctuary ‘Sun Boat IV’. Lunch on board. Valley of the Kings — Tutankhamun’s Tomb. Hatshepsut Temple. Colossi of Memnon.

Day 4 – Denderah & Temple of Luxor

Cruise north to the Temple of Hathor at Denderah. Return to Luxor. Temple of Luxor — Ramses II statues & Colonnade of Amenhotep III.

Day 5 – Edfu, Kom Ombo & Cooking Lesson

Temple of Horus in Edfu. Cooking lesson with the ship’s chef on board. Kom Ombo Temple — Haroeris & Sobek. View mummified crocodiles.

Day 6 – Aswan: Philae, Obelisk & Felucca

Cruise to Aswan. Philae Temple on Island of Agilika. Granite Quarries & Unfinished Obelisk. Felucca ride around Aswan islands.

Day 7 – Abu Simbel + Back to Cairo

Disembark. Fly to Abu Simbel — temples of Ramses II & Queen Nefertari. Return to Cairo. Four Seasons Hotel. Afternoon at leisure.

Day 8 – Egyptian Museum, Sultan Hassan Mosque & Khan El-Khalili

Egyptian Museum of Antiquities — Tutankhamun collection, Mummy Room. Sultan Hassan Mosque & Madrasa. Khan El-Khalili Bazaar walk. Evening at leisure.

Day 9 – Sakkara & Memphis + Farewell Dinner

Memphis open-air museum & Ramses II statue. Sakkara — Step Pyramid of Djoser. Farewell dinner.

Day 10 – Departure

Breakfast. Transfer to Cairo International Airport. Departure.
