Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival – Cairo Tour

Arrival to Cairo airport. Our representative will be waiting with your name sign, then transferred by A/C car to visit the Egyptian Museum — over 250,000 genuine artifacts including the Tutankhamen collection. Visit the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren & Mykerinos and the Great Sphinx. Transfer to hotel.

(Optional) Evening dinner cruise on the Nile with Egyptian folk shows.

Overnight in Cairo.

Day 2: Alexandria Tour

Breakfast. Our guide will pick you up and travel to Alexandria. Start the tour with the Library of Alexandria — the biggest library in the world with 8 million books.

Visit the Site of the Lighthouse of Alexandria — one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, where now stands the Castle of Qaitbey. Visit the royal gardens of King Farouk and the royal palaces of Haramlek and Salamlek. Continue to the Abbas Mosque and the memorial of the Unknown Soldier of Alexandria and the statue of Alexander the Great.

Visit the Church of St. Mark — the oldest church in Africa. Drive along the Corniche (30 km) to see Alexandria from the sea, including the old harbor where 7,000 monuments were found underwater. Stop at the famous Stanley Bridge — the modern landmark of Alexandria.

Overnight in Cairo.

Day 3: Departure

Breakfast at the hotel. Our representative will transfer you to the airport and assist you through final departure formalities.
